Data Deletion

You can delete your data from ORIOYA at any time. These are the available options:

  1. Connected social media accounts: go to orioya.com → Analytics and use the trash icon next to the account. The account and all its metrics history are deleted immediately.
  2. Data obtained via Meta: disconnecting an Instagram or Facebook account deletes all data derived from Meta APIs associated with that account.
  3. Full ORIOYA account: email us at renanramires@gmail.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete your profile and all your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
