ORIOYA (orioya.com) is a brand-management and analytics platform operated by Renan Ramires. This policy explains what data we process, why, and your rights.
Data we collect
- Account data: email, name and avatar you provide when signing up.
- Content you create in the platform: brand fields, leads, agenda, finances and settings.
- Social media metrics: if you (or an ORIOYA administrator at your request) connect Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok accounts, we store aggregated metrics (followers, posts, reach, engagement, aggregated demographics) obtained from the official Meta, Google and TikTok APIs.
- We never collect social media passwords or private message content.
How we use data
- To display your analytics dashboard and audience growth.
- To prepare growth reports for you.
- To operate platform features (calendar, leads, agenda).
- We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Data from Meta APIs
- Data obtained from Meta APIs (Instagram/Facebook) is used exclusively to show you your own metrics inside ORIOYA, in accordance with Meta Platform Terms.
- Access tokens are stored encrypted as infrastructure secrets and are never exposed to the browser.
Storage and security
- Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with per-user isolation (Row Level Security); the application runs on Cloudflare.
- Only you and ORIOYA administrators can see your data.
Your rights and data deletion
- You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time.
